SHIPPING & REFUND POLICIES

LOST PACKAGES

Please contact USPS or your international post if you are to have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to AvaLashCo. 

 

No Delivery?

If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Many times it will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been marked delivered, AvaLashCo is not liable for lost/stolen packages.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

We have a NO RETURNS because we cannot restock returned goods, due to COVID.  This includes preordered tweezers.

 

DAMAGED TWEEZERS

We will ONLY replace damaged tweezers within 7 days of delivery. 

 

Cancelling an Order

Due to the company being charged transaction fees for each order, we do not cancel any placed order, even if the order has not shipped. 

We do not cancel orders that came with a free course due to us providing unlimited access to private and useful information once enrolled. 

PURCHASING DUPLICATE EBOOKS 

If you have purchased two of the same Ebooks, we will provide a refund for the duplicate. Just DM us on Instagram.

MISUSE OF DISCOUNT/DISCOUNT CODES

Once an order is placed we will not apply any discount codes that you may have missed. We also do not cancel orders due to misuse of a discount code.
